Inter Unit loading rules

Indents of all materials listed on whatsapp group during the whole day to be written in a register by RP / AP. They
will also prepare indents on ERP on daily basis. AS will prepare PO as per the indents daily morning. Local Purchase
PO shall be handed over to HJ before 11:00 AM daily only after receipt of which he can leave for market. No extra
material other than posted in group shall be purchased the next day.
