ACT OF DONATION
I, the undersigned Mrs. Gorgina Desfforge, born August 1, 1965 in QUINCY-SOUS-
SENART, residing in France, address: 9 Rue de la Griselle 22520 BINIC, France,
declare that I have finally donated 750,000 euros without preconditions. my bank
account with a bank called "postal bank".

In accordance with the provisions of article 25 (06) of the succession law of French
law, the beneficiary becomes, GASIMOV ANAR, owner of the land, which he can
dispose of at will. Nor will my posterity have any right to this fund. At the same
time, it is not possible to receive complaints at the meeting of GASIMOV ANAR,
which benefits us from the pouvoirs à mes assigned.

The terms of this commitment are:

- The donation of 750,000 euros is the exclusive property of Mrs Gorgina Desfforge,
which has no dubious, criminal or theft origins.

- Mrs. Gorgina Defforge definitely loses the property and cannot take back this
property that she gave of her own free will.

- GASIMOV ANAR who will receive the 750,000 euros, will use this property in his
sovereign territory as his own and has all rights. This means that they cannot be
disinherited for the benefit of third parties. Unlike a will, which can be withdrawn at

- I stated and explained to GASIMOV ANAR, residing at the following address:

AZERBAIJAN, that my author, in this act, means to you in accordance with article 4
of law 77-995 of 18.12.77, which regulates donation, and under the conditions of
the various articles. 943.931 932.944 953, 960.1076 of the Civil Code. These are
part of Law No. 2,006-728 of June 23, 2006 art. 9 (published in the Official Gazette
of June 24, 2006, in force on January 1, 2007).

From this day and after certification by the Court of Grand Instance of Paris.
GASIMOV ANAR has full authority to use this donation file for the withdrawal of
these funds and may present this donation file anywhere and under any
circumstances for the withdrawal of these funds by paying all taxes.

My candidate declares that he will undertake, with the voice of the notary, Maître
MINKOWSKI JULIA ANA, to answer all possible questions regarding these funds, of
which I am the donor due to my very poor health.

I certify that the information contained in this law is valid and authentic. In honor
of this, I issue this deed of gift to serve and affirm what is right.
THE MUTATION: It is necessary to change the names before sending the file to the bank for transfer to your
bank account.
