SHELL:-

The Furnace will be fabricated out of 5 mm thick mild steel plates duly
reinforced with rolled structure steel like angle iron and steel channels
etc. for its rigid, durable and sturdy construction.

REFRACTORY: -

The furnace will be lined with hot face, standard insulation bricks and
Fiber Blankets to minimize the heat losses.

Total Insulation thickness on all walls & floor will be 10 inches.

Total Insulation thickness on furnace top will be 8 inches.

ELEMENT HOLDER: -

Salemanite make element holding tiles will be fixed in sides of furnace.

ELEMENT: -

12nos. spring type elements Kenthal make A-1 grade will be fixed on
both sides of furnace with total electrical load of 24 KW.

FURNACE BOTTOM -

As required, furnace bottom will be fixed with ceramic bricks of High

Alumina quality.

DOOR: -

400mm X 500mm side opening, manually operated front door will be

fixed in the furnace.

PAINT: -

Heat resistance silver paint will be done on the furnace.

BODY TEMPERATURE:-

We confirm that the body temperature of furnace will be within ±40-

50°C from ambient temperature.
Pricing Details

Price of furnace: - INR 1,55,000.00/- (INR One Lakh Fifty Five Thousand
Only).

Installation & Erection Charges: - Included in above charges.

Terms: - 40% advance + 50% & total tax against Proforma Invoice at the
time of dispatch and balance 10% against PDC after erection at site.

Taxes: - Extra as applicable.

Cartage: - Extra as actual at your end.

Delivery: - Within 15 days.

Warranty: -

1 year warranty of any manufacturing defect. In case of accident there

will be no warranty for the product.
