working condition from ADI in Yoga Express
34 Divisional CCR Remarks -
35 Brief description As per message from JE BDTS, FDS operated in coach no
159053 LWACCW in ST-BRC section. As per TM detention
took place from 01:45 hrs to 01:56 hrs at AKV yard due to
FDS operated. On arrival of train at BRC platform no 2 at
02:55 hrs.FDS could not be reset due to bunch of linen
in linen shelf resulted in BRC staffs were unable to
reset FDS system and then BP cock was isolated in
particular coach and also coach allowed in isolated
condition.

On receiving information from CCR ADI, on arrival of train

at ADI station, checked the coach no. 159053 LWACCW
FDS system was found working appropriately after
open the BP isolation cock which was isolated at BRC
station and FDS allowed in working condition from ADI in
YOGA Express.

Conclusion :

1) FDS System may be possibly actuated if some one have

smoked.
2) System could not reset at BRC because linen were
stacked in linen compartment. or
3) If some one had put the MCB off, then backup battery was
not getting 110 V DC supply so that FDSS battery was not
fully charged and on draining of battery charge, FDS may be
activated. Since MCB was found ON condition when rake
was lying at KKF yard,Then it seems that some onB had
smoked and FDSS may get actuated.
