Stationary Stance
1. Pugay/ salute
2. Left Temple
3. Right Temple
4. Left Shoulder

Right forward stance

1. Left temple strike – raise the arm with the stick and position the hand at the back of the
head/ temple
2. Right temple strike – position the hand holding the stick above the left shoulder with the
other hand palm facing the ground and the tip of the stick pointing the back. Swing the
stick forward to strike the opponent's right temple.
3. Left shoulder strike – position the hand holding the stick at the back of the right ear
with the palm facing inside the tip of the stick pointing to the back. Swing the stick
forward to strike the opponent's shoulder. The palm should now face upward.
4. Right shoulder strike – position the hand holding the stick above the left shoulder with
the palm facing the ground and the tip and the tip of the stick pointing background.
Swing the stick forward to strike the opponent’s right shoulder.
5. Stomach thrust – draw back the hand holding the stick while the tip should be pointing
forward. Thrust the stick forward using the tip of the stick as a striking surface.
6. Left chest thrust – position the hand holding the stick above the right shoulder with the
palm facing outside and the tip of the stick pointing forward. Thrust the stick to the
opponent’s chest using the tip as a striking surface
7. Right chest thrust – position the hand holding the stick near the left shoulder with the
palm facing inside and the tip of the stick pointing forward. Thrust the stick to the
opponent's chest with the tip as striking surface.
8. Right knee attack- position the hand holding the stick near the right ear with the palm
facing inside and the tip of the stick pointing backward. Swing the stick downward to
strike the opponent's right knee. Twist the wrist at the course of the movement. The palm
should be facing upward.

9. Left knee attack – position the hand holding the stick art the above the left shoulder with
the palm facing the ground and the tip of the stick pointing backward. Swing the stick
downward to strike the opponent's knee.
10. Left eye thrust – position the hand holding the stick near the right ear with the palm
facing outside and the tip of the stick pointing forward. Thrust the stick towards the
opponent's left eye with the tip as a striking surface.
11. Right eye thrust – position the hand holding the stick near the left ear with the palm
facing inside and the tip of the stick pointing forward. Thrust the stick toward the
opponent's right eye with the tip of the stick as a striking surface.
12. Head or crown strike – raise the hand holding the stick above the head with the tip of
the stick pointing the back. Swing the stick forward to strike opponents.
With Footwork Forward

1. Left temple strike – raise right arm with the stick and position the hand at the back of
the head/ temple with right foot forward.
2. Right temple strike – position the hand holding the stick above the left shoulder with the
other hand palm facing the ground and the tip of the stick pointing the back. Swing the
stick forward to strike the opponent's right temple with left foot forward.
3. Left shoulder strike – position the hand holding the stick at the back of the right ear
with the palm facing inside the tip of the stick pointing to the back. Swing the stick
forward to strike the opponent's left shoulder with the right foot forward.
4. Right shoulder strike – position the hand holding the stick above the left shoulder with
the palm facing the ground and the tip and the tip of the stick pointing background.
Swing the stick forward to strike the opponent’s right shoulder with the left foot forward.
5. Stomach thrust – draw back the hand holding the stick while the tip should be pointing
forward. Thrust the stick forward using the tip of the stick as a striking surface with arms
supporting the striking arms with right foot forward.
6. Left chest thrust – position the hand holding the stick above the right shoulder with the
palm facing outside and the tip of the stick pointing forward. Thrust the stick to the
opponent’s chest using the tip as a striking surface with the other palm supporting the
striking arms and with still of the right foot forward.
7. Right chest thrust – position the hand holding the stick near the left shoulder with the
palm facing inside and the tip of the stick pointing forward. Thrust the stick to the
opponent's chest with the tip as striking surface with the other palm supporting the
striking arms with the left foot forward
8. Right knee attack- position the hand holding the stick near the right ear with the palm
facing inside and the tip of the stick pointing backward. Swing the stick downward to
strike the opponent's right knee. Twist the wrist at the course of the movement with left
foot forward and other palm supporting striking arms.
9. Left knee attack – position the hand holding the stick art the above the left shoulder with
the palm facing the ground and the tip of the stick pointing backward. Swing the stick
downward to strike the opponent's knee with right foot forward and other palm
supporting striking arms.

10. Left eye thrust – position the hand holding the stick near the right ear with the palm
facing outside and the tip of the stick pointing forward. Thrust the stick towards the
opponent's left eye with the tip as a striking surface and right foot forward.
11. Right eye thrust – position the hand holding the stick near the left ear with the palm
facing inside and the tip of the stick pointing forward. Thrust the stick toward the
opponent's right eye with the tip of the stick as a striking surface and left foot forward.
12. Head or crown strike – raise the hand holding the stick above the head with the tip of
the stick pointing the back. Swing the stick forward to strike opponent’s head/ crown.

- Back with the right arm forward holding the stick and left palm resting somewhere in
chest. And open leg, hold the stick 1-2 inches apart.
