Step 1: Create an Account

Begin by creating an account on our platform,


enabling you to access the pre-employment screening
features.
Step 2: Create a Team
(Optional)

If desired, you can


create a team
within your
account to
collaborate on the
assessment
process.
Step 3: Create Relevant
Assessment (1/4)

Tailor the
assessment to match
the requirements of
the vacant position
you aim to recruit
for.

Select the data you want to collect


from job seekers, tailoring the
process to your specific needs.

1. Select "No": Choosing "No" for


specific data fields means that
candidates will not be required to
provide this information during the
screening process.

2. Select "Yes, but Optional":


Opting for "Yes, but Optional"
allows candidates the freedom to
decide whether they wish to
provide the specified information
or not.

3. Select "Yes, and Mandatory":


When you select "Yes, and
Mandatory," candidates are
obligated to provide the designated
information during the screening
process. This ensures you receive
essential data to assess their
suitability for the position
effectively.
Step 3: Create Relevant
Assessment (3/4)

There is flexibility to include multiple tests


within a single assessment, tailoring each
test to your specific requirements.
For each test, you can specify unique
parameters such as the duration, the
number of questions, and the marks
allocated per question. This enables
you to design assessments that
accurately reflect the skills needed
for the vacant position.
Set the pass marks for each test to
determine the candidate's minimum
performance level. Additionally, you
have the option to include negative
marking, providing a fair evaluation
of a candidate's accuracy and
knowledge.
Step 3: Create Relevant
Assessment (4/4)
Once you have created the assessment we
highly recommend that you try it out yourself.
This way, you can experience the assessment
in the same way that your candidates will. You
will see the assessment exactly as they will see
it. To ensure that your assessment is error-free,
we suggest taking it several times before
sharing it with your candidates.

Note: If any candidate completes this


assessment, you will no longer be able to
update or edit it. So please ensure that
your assessment is error-free and ready to
take before creating the link.
Step 4: Schedule the
Assessment (Exam Date)

Set the date and time for the


assessment, allowing candidates to
participate on the designated
schedule.
Step 5: Generate
Assessment Links
(Public/Private)

You have the convenience of generating a


public link for your assessment, allowing
you to seamlessly share it within your job
circular or any other platform. Anyone who
has the link can participate in the exam.

unique PIN, ensuring that only your
chosen candidates can access and take

Step 6: Automatic Examinee

Once the exam


concludes, an
automatic list of
examinees is

Step 7: Evaluate and Hire
