a Demand Analyst for Shell India Markets Private Limited, I along with my Spouse
Mrs.xxxxxxxxholding Indian Passport No.xxxxxxxxxxxx based in Bangalore. We would intend to
undertake a short prepaid tour to Europe during in the month of April 2019.

The tour is organized by M/s. Thomas Cook (India) Ltd. which is scheduled to depart on 13th April
2019 returning on 23rd April 2019.

In this regard we have been requested to obtain a Tourist visa to enable us to undertake the
