ADMINISTERING THE SAT FORM

The teacher is accomplishing Self Assessment Tool. It is all about teacher’s demographic
profile and level of capabilities as teacher ang his/her priority development. It is a tool to assess
on what to develop and improve. It shows one’s strength and capability as teacher.

1. What are your key achievements this year?

"This year, I successfully led my class to 91.18 percent of class promotion , 91.18 percent of my
student are promoted.
2. What are your areas for improvement?
I need to improve my time management skills to handle multiple projects more efficiently. To
address this, I plan to attend a time management workshop and implement a new task
management software to better prioritize and track my work."

3. How do you plan to achieve your professional goals?

"To achieve my goal of becoming a team leader, I will focus on improving my leadership
skills through mentoring programs and leadership training courses. Additionally, I will seek out
opportunities to lead smaller projects to gain more hands-on experience."
