Matthew 4:4 But he answered, “It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word

that
comes from the mouth of God.’”

Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God. In everyday, we
live as stewards. We try to survive as each day passes by. As time and days pass by quickly, we strive
hard to live, we presume that we people can only live by food and can only survive by consuming food. It
is a fact that we can die of hunger but as we get older, we get to realized that we survive each day not
only by food but by God’s words. We cannot survive without any of God’s words. We survive by
consuming and remembering every word that came out of God’s mouth. We survive as we obey every
single one of God’s commands. God’s celestially word gives us life. Without it we may not have any food
available in this world. God is the source of life. Therefore, when we’re hungry we can’t only just
consume food but God’s words too. We must obey God’s commands for we owe our blessings to God’s
divine. When life is good, we shouldn't forget to thank God for he provides everything we need. Living
by God’s divinely word satisfies and completes our body, soul and spirit’s needs. His words are spirit and
life; hence we should immerse ourselves in God’s word for it provides our spirit to grow more on his
presence. Yes, we need to think about our physical needs as the same goes for our spiritual needs. I hope
people every day would seek God’s presence, guidance and words genuinely with our heart, as every
word that comes out of God’s mouth is full of spirit and life.
