If I will choose between aerobic and anaerobic exercise, I choose aerobic because aerobic exercise is light activity we can sustain over long periods of time, such as jogging, walking or even climbing/hiking. Aerobic exercise is essential for keeping the heart, lungs, and blood vessels healthy. L Aerobic exercise gave us many benefits to our body and it includes increases our endurance and cardiac health. Additionally, aerobic exercises helps us also to weight lost, reduce health risks helps, us stay active all the time. 2. You choose one among the many examples of your choice and explain. One common example of aerobic exercise is jogging. Jogging is easy and light to execute. Jogging regularly can help us weight loss. Also, jogging can also help us improve our heart health and immune system, and cope with stress and depression. Sometimes, when I am being stress, I jog in place in our home. It is my way to cope up with stress and depression and I observed that doing this is really helpful.
