Format of AFFIDAVIT – 3 PREFERENCERD

years, being the Sole / First Applicant do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as under: -

1. That I have made an application for allotment of a residential flat in the Affordable Group
Housing Colony/Project named “Habitat Prime” proposed to be developed by M/s. Prime
Infradevelopers Private Limited at Sector-99A, Gurugram, Haryana under the Government of Haryana
Affordable Housing Policy 2013 issued vide notification no. PF-27/48921 dated 19th Aug 2013 and
amendments therein. That the particulars/information given by me in this Application are true and
correct and nothing material has been concealed therefrom.

2. That I have read and understood the policy and am completely aware of and in agreement with the
Affordable Housing Policy, 2013 provisions issued by Haryana Govt., Town and Country Planning
Department and notified vide notification no. PF-27/48921 dated 19.08.2013 (the Affordable Housing
Policy) and amendments therein and undertake to abide by the provisions of the said policy and any
applicable laws, rules, regulations, or bye-laws made pursuant thereto or otherwise applicable, including
but not limited to the indicative terms and conditions of allotment of flat thereunder as promulgated by
the company.

3. That I, my spouse, or my dependent children have not made any other application for allotment of a flat
in the aforesaid project/colony.

4. That I, my spouse, or my dependent children have not been identified as "beneficiaries” by Urban Local
Bodies Department, Haryana under PMAY (Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojna – Housing for All) in
Haryana.

5. That I, my spouse, or any of my dependent children do not own any flat / plot in any HUDA-developed
colony/sector or any licensed colony in any of the urban areas of Haryana, UT of Chandigarh or NCT of
Delhi.

6. That I or my spouse or any of my dependent children have not made any application for allotment of a
flat in any other project/colony under aforesaid Affordable Housing Policy -2013.

7. That I or my spouse or my dependent children have not been allotted any apartment in
another affordable group housing project in Haryana.

8. That In case I, my spouse, and/or my dependent children are/are allotted any flat under the policy, in any
other affordable housing scheme, I, my spouse, and/or my dependent children shall retain only one flat.
