After your first check date, you can register to view your pay statement on-
line. New hires will be required to register for ADP electronic services by
following these steps.
1. Visit https://my.adp.com.
• Bookmark it for future reference.
2. Click the “Register Now” button near the bottom center of the page by “First Time User.”
3. Enter Valvoline’s registration code: VAV1-40509. Click “Next.”
4. When asked, “Do you want to set up an account with Valvoline LLC?”, click “Yes.”
5. Enter your first name, last name, employee ID number (aka your “A” number), last (4) digits of
your social security number, and birthdate. Click the box to verify you are not a robot and then
click “Confirm.”
6. Enter your contact information and follow the prompts.
7. Add a secondary email address if desired. You can skip this step.
8. ADP will assign your user ID, and you will choose a password.
• Memorize your user ID and password and record it in a safe place.
• If you forget or have questions about your ADP user ID or password, use the “forgot
password” or “forgot user ID” links at the ADP website.
9. Complete the security setup and accept the terms and conditions as prompted.
10. Click the “Register Now” button.
11. Complete the registration process by responding within 24 hours to a message sent to your
email address and/or mobile phone number.
