Mission
The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning our business
objectives with employees and management. We need a visionary with
over 15 years of experience, who can not only strategize but also
implement effective HR practices across the organization. You will be
the architect of our workplace culture, championing initiatives that drive
engagement, performance, and growth.

Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Design HR strategies that align with the overall vision and goals of
Aliens Tattoo, addressing key challenges and capitalizing on growth
opportunities.

Talent Management and Development


Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to build
a high-performing, engaged team.
Implement comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills
and capabilities of our workforce.

Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement


Foster a positive, innovative work environment that supports creativity
and collaboration.
Develop initiatives that boost employee engagement and job
satisfaction.

Performance Management
Oversee the performance management process, ensuring it is effective
in driving high performance and supporting employee growth.
Facilitate regular feedback mechanisms and performance reviews.

Compensation and Benefits


Manage the compensation and benefits plan to ensure it is
competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business strategy.
Regularly assess the effectiveness of our compensation strategy in
attracting and retaining talent.

Employee Relations and Compliance


Serve as a key advisor on employee relations, resolving issues and
promoting a healthy workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR best practices.

Change Management
Lead change management initiatives, guiding the organization through
growth phases and structural changes with minimal disruption.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to gain support for HR
initiatives.

Qualifications
A minimum of 15 years of HR experience, preferably in a business
partner role.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of HR functions, including talent management,
recruitment, employee relations, and labor laws.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive
business success.
