The Celebration of the
Virgen de Copabana
Today we are going to talk about a very interesting
celebration from Tacna that is organized by the
Catholic church and the community.

People celebrate this festivity on August 5th.

The most special tradition in this festivity is
the celebration of the holly mass. This
tradition is special because it promotes
faith and hope in the world. We love this tradition.

People can participate in many ways.

Most people eat local food like eat
mana, soups and
anticuchos. Many
people dance morenada,
saya and tinkus. Most people sing
religious songs.

Visit Tacna and participate in our celebrations. We love

the traditions of Tacna! Ra! Ra! Ra!
