MakeMyTrip. It is a web-based Corporate Travel and Expense Management company that is
IATA certified. Dedicated to empowering large businesses to efficiently manage their
employee travel procurement in a transparent and secure manner, our platform enables
efficient corporate travel management of more than 15 lakh employees. We service over
300 large enterprises, which include multinationals, Indian business houses having multiple
companies, large corporates, public sector companies, & many more.

Quest2Travel (Q2T) is looking for a self-motivated, self-driven and focused individual


responsible to acquire strategic accounts. The individual should be able to execute strategies
for winning profitable accounts. Experience of selling ERP solutions to corporates will be
preferred.The individual should also provide thought leadership to execute core sales
strategies that ensure an efficient and profitable relationship for the client management
organization and Q2T by understanding the needs of clients at all levels.

Job Description:-
v Set strategic direction and proactively lead sales effort to acquire new
v customers with T&E of = / > INR 5 crores from an assigned territory with ensure annual
aggressive targets are achieved and maintained.
v Develop winning strategies utilizing strong value based selling principles.
v Participate and lead key customer meetings and negotiations that will
v yield top line growth.
v Build, leverage and maintain relationships with decisions makers.
v Target & penetrate 100% / full potential (SOW) of client T&E spend.
v Prospect and filter lead to build and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.
v Strategically utilize technology to ensure all sales planning, tracking, and reporting is
timely and accurate.
v Track key competition accounts and activities.
v Target potential & profitable key competition accounts through our value
proposition.
v Seek client buy-in for all LOBs servicing offered by Quest2Travel.
v Out of box thinking in developing strategies to win accounts with unconventional ask.
v Develop collaborative relationships across teams within and outside market.
v Support Senior Management to drive a winning culture within the team.

Required Skills:- ·
v Proven track record in sales negotiations and closing skills with clients.
v Demonstrated experience in delivering aggressive sales results.
v Knowledge of consultative selling techniques within complex product lines and services
v Working knowledge of Corporate Services product lines and industry technology
products
v Strong financial acumen
v Strong communication and presentation skills with knowledge on MS word, excel.
v Requires strong resilience, high energy, and a result driven approach.

v Qualification & Experience:- Graduate or PGD with relevant corporate 5-to-8-years


sales experience in TMC, Hotel or Airline industry
