The Decree Holder states and submits as under :

1. The notice issued to the Judgement Debtor no.1

at the address as mentioned in the causetitle by

ordinary mode has returned unserved as per the

bailiff report.

2. The Decree holder has with great difficulty

after making diligent inquiries has managed to get

the alternate registered address of the Decree

Holder no.1 for the purpose of service of

summons/notice which is as follows :

3.The Decree holder is not aware of any other

alternate registered address of the Judgement

Debtor no.1 than the one mentioned above .The

Decree has reasons to believe that the Judgement

Debtor no.1 is trying to evade service in the

present execution proceedings inorder to delay the

proceedings .

4. The Decree Holder therefore intends to serve

the Judgement Debtor no.1 by ordinary mode on the

above mentioned address.

5. It is therefore prayed before this honble court

that the service of summons on Judgement Debtor

no.1 may be ordered to be effected by ordinary

mode on the registered address as mentioned above.
