Rate for construction of building in favors, of Savithramma K as per Square Ft basis Contract with the
following specification.

The following items of the works are included in the rate per Square Ft area of building portion only.

Scope of Works include follows

The scope of works shall include the following:

1. SUPER STRUCTURE
a) 15” thick Solid Block walls in CM (1:6)
b) 6” thick Solid Block walls in CM (1:6)
c) 4” Thick Solid Block partition walls in CM (1:4)

2. R.C.C WORKS
a). Providing and laying R.C.C (M20) Lintel of 6” thick
b). Providing and laying R.C.C (M20) lofts & Chejja” s 2’ 0” width
c). Providing and laying R.C.C (M20) roof slab of 6” thick
d) Providing and laying R.C.C (M20) For Beams

3. PLASTERING AND FINISHING

a). Providing plastering external surface with sponge finish. CM1:6
b). Providing for internal ceiling plastering with lime rendering. CM1;4
c). Plastering for internal wall surfaces with lime rendering.CM1:6

5. FLOORING FOR 2ND FLOOR

a) Flooring for Rooms is Red-oxide Flooring.

6. JOINERY
Sizes and numbers of doors windows & ventilators are as mentioned in drawing with following
specification.
a). UPVC windows and ventilators with MS Horizontal Bars at 4” c/c including hardware
fittings.

b). PVC Door for toilet.

7 PAINTING
a). Two coats of Emulsion paint for internal walls and ceiling over a coat of primer and putty
necessary surface works.
b). Weather coat paint of two coats over a coat of primer for external wall with desired colors.
c). Hand polish or melamine for teakwood doors with rubbing and finishing.
d). Enamel paint for other doors, all windows and ventilators with necessary primer and putty
works.

 8 Electrical

Providing necessary lighting points and fan points with 2 module and 3 module plug points with
cables and embedded with PVC pipes. (All Electrical fittings supply by client)

9 PLUMBING AND SANITARY DETAILS

a). Floor mount EWC for WC with tap points.

b). Wash basin set with Bracket fittings.

c). Sanitary and drains arrangement with 4” PVC pipes for rain water with necessary
laid in earth for sanitary line and PVC pipes for rain water down take pipes.

BELOW MENTIONED EXTRA ITEMS OF WORKS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE
CONTRACT
1 Safety grills if necessary.
2 Deviation expenses, road cutting expenses and work orders from corporation and board for water
supply and electric connection.
3 Electrification upto meter board only, out door expenses from meter board to KEB pole is extra.
4 Any extra works rather than the above mentioned specification will be charged extra at a mutually
agreed rate.
