The caveator most respectfully submits as under: -

1. That on an appeal filed by the caveator under reservation Act/Rules

the Deputy Commissioner Poonch vide order dated 16-03-2023

has cancelled the ALC category certificate issued by Tehsildar

Mendhar in favour of respondent No. 1,2, 4, 5 and 6. The copy of

order dated 16-03-2023 is enclosed herewith and marked as

ANNEXURE- CI.

2. That the said order has been passed in compliance to the direction

passed by this Honble Court in WP(C) No. 3648/2019 titled Anjum

Imtiaz V/s State of J&K and Ors in terms of judgment dated 10-10-

2019.

3. That the caveator also filed WP(C) No. 239/2020 challenging the

appointment of non-caveator No. 1 as DySP where his appointment

is mad subject to the outcome of writ petition.

4. That caveator apprehends that non-caveator may prefer any writ

petition against order dated- 16-03-2023 and obtain an ex-party

order concealing material facts. Hence this caveat.

5. That copy of the caveat petition has been sent to the non caveator

through registered post. Copy of postal receipt is enclosed herewith

and marked as ANNEXURE-CII.

IN THE PREMISES: -

It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that in the event

of filing of any writ petition against the order referred to above, the
caveator may be afforded an opportunity of being heard by this
Hon’ble Court in the interest of Justice before passing any ex-parte
order.
