What kind of music is popular in your country and why?
There are different kinds of music in the world. I think that
young people are fond of listening music in our country, but
most of the old people don’t like it. Young people’s choice is
pop music. Because this kind of music gives the energy to
them. They think that pop music relaxes people. People listen

First, I want to say that every kind of music has specific
features and beauties. But in my country, people and most
teenagers prefer to listen to rock and slow music. Because
rock music makes people fresh, slow music makes people
calm and relax. By the way, I prefer to listen to calm music. I

Why is it important to protect nature?
In my opinion, protecting nature is important because
animals and plants live there, and they need a safe home just
like we do. Additionally, nature gives us clean air to breathe
and clean water to drink, which keeps us healthy. Moreover,
it provides food and materials we need every day.
In conclusion, nature is a beautiful place where we can play,
rest and learn, so we need to take care of it.
It is important to protect the nature because it is home to
many animals and plants. Additionally, when we keep nature

Because the food we eat, the land we walk on, the air we

What is your favourite holiday?
My favourite holiday is Nowruz. Firstly, I must say that we
celebrate this festival in our country eyear on March 21st.
Secondly, Nowruz has different and interesting traditions like
making a bonfire and jumping over it, painting eggs, growing
samani, “papagatdi” (you leave your hat behind someone’s
door, knock on it, run away and wait that they will put
something in it). In want to conclude my opinion with the fact
that we also prepare different national meals, shakarbura,
pakhlava and goghal.
I think my favorite holiday is Halloween. Because I love
dressing up in scary costumes and going trick-or-treating with
my friends. Additionally, we go to collect lots of delicious
candies from our neighbors. On the other hand, it's so much
fun to see all the strange decorations and carve pumpkins with
my family. I want to conclude my opinion with the fact that
Halloween is the best because it's a day full of treats and
adventures!
My loveliest festival is Christmas. One of the reasons is that I
love decorating the Christmas tree with colorful lights and
shiny ornaments. Moreover, it's exciting to wake up on
Christmas morning and open presents with my family. We
also make delicious cookies and sing cheerful songs together.

I’m of the opinion that Azerbaijan is the most beautiful
country in the world. Because I was born in Azerbaijan, I
can’t imagine myself living in another country.

which I admire most. On the other hand, its rich culture
attracts many tourists. In conclusion, our country has a rich
cuisine. / I want to conclude my opinion with the fact that my
motherland also possesses a rich cuisine.

My favourite animal is the dog. I am of the opinion that dogs
are the best friends for people. Additionally, they are very
faithful and helpful.
My favorite animal is the dolphin because they are smart and
playful. Additionally, they can swim really fast and jump
high out of the water, which is so cool to watch! Moreover,
dolphins are also very friendly and sometimes they even help
people who are in trouble in the ocean. In conclusion, they
make cute little sounds like they're talking to each other!
My favorite animal is the bear because they are big and
strong. Secondly, bears have thick fur that keeps them warm
in the cold weather. On the other hand, they love to eat
honey and berries, and sometimes they catch fish from rivers.

time until spring comes.
