what was supposed to be the ‘safest apartment on earth’. As the county grieves the loss of 8
homeless people, the tragedy urges a new revaluation of the support and safety towards citizens –
including the homeless.

In a shocking turn of events today in Camden, Shelter a figure once regarded for his generosity
towards homeless people, has been arrested after allegedly trying to murder Link, a respected
individual with a long life ahead of him, and the murder or many other unrecognised individuals.
Police claim that he brought people into his house luring them by a warm sweater and some foods
before ending their life as they drift off to sleep.

The incident unfolded earlier today around mid-day when witnesses from the apartment, claimed
they heard loud sounds and banging on the basement and describe a tense confrontation between
Link and Shelter, echoing themes of betrayal and danger.

Shelter, once a figure of influence and respect in the community as he was a military officer, now
finds themselves on the other side of the law. The arrest, with charges including attempted murder
and homicide, has sent shockwaves through the community. Amidst the chaos, we were able to
speak distressed home owners who were gathered outside the house, anxiously waiting for an
update.

''I can't believe this is happening,'' One homeowner said. ''I was coming back from my trip to the
grocery store when I heard the sirens outside the apartment.''

Many homeowners shared their concerns about the safety and wellbeing of the people in the
apartment, while so demanded answers about why somebody with a bad medical report was
