Karen: Hi, Jason. What’s that?
Jason: Oh, hi Karen. It’s my school project.
Karen: Is that the one about famous homes?
Jason: Yes, it is. Can you guess whose home it is?
Karen: Let me see the picture.
Jason: Here
Karen: Ooh. That’s familiar. What can you tell me about the house? How many rooms has it
got?
Jason: There are about 100 rooms.
Karen: One hundred rooms!
Jason: That’s right. There are some offices and there are two dining rooms.
Karen: Are there any pictures of the rooms in your project?
Jason: There’s a picture of the big dining room. There’s a very long table in it.
Karen: And what’s that picture?
Jason: That’s the entrance hall. The walls are yellow and there are many photos on the walls.
Karen: Are there any windows at the front of the house?
Jason: Yes, there are. There are white curtains on the windows.
Karen: Is there a garden in front of the house?
Jason: No, there isn’t. The garden is behind the house. Oh, there’s a big black door at the
front of the house. It’s got a number 10 on it.
Karen: A 10. Hmm. Where is it?
Jason: It’s on Downing Street in London.
Karen: Ten Downing Street. Oh, of course. That’s the Prime Minister’s house.
