pursuance of the Office order no. 1052 dated 04-04-2024.

requested to submit relevant details/document as specified in earlier show cause notice letter
issued to you.

4. Compliance is due on or before 18-04-2024 positive

5. Please note that if you fail to comply by the due date (18-04-2024), the undersigned shall
proceed and pass the order under section 161 read with section 205 of the Income Tax
Ordinance, 2001, on the basis of information and record available with this department.
