Volunteer interview

At this time I will conduct an interview to identify a person with the ability to fill the free
volunteer quotas.

Interview A:
• Could you tell me about yourself and your personal background?
• What motivates you to volunteer?
• What is your interest in volunteering?
• What do you hope to again from your volunteer experience?

Interview B:
• Have you had any previous volunteer experience? If so, could you briefly describe
it?
• What did you learn from your previous experiences as a volunteer?

Interview c:
• Are there any activities you are interested in volunteering? What are they?

Interviewer A:

o Could you tell me about your personal information?

Well, my name is Jhan Carlos, I´m 15 years old, my birthday is August 23rd, I am from the
province of Contumazá, I have different skills in both sports and academics. I am a committed
person who is passionate about helping others and contributing to the well-being of the
community.

o Why do you want to make a difference?


Making a difference as a volunteer allows me to directly impact communities, solve local
problems, develop skills, and find deep personal gratification.

o How much time do you have some available?


Lately I don't have a lot of time during the week because of the different jobs, but I'm willing to help
on the weekends, I'm very committed
Interviewer B:

o What is the activity in which you would like to participate as a volunteer?


o Personally, I would like to participate in various challenges, in education programs for
children from disadvantaged communities, providing academic support and fostering a love
of learning.
Interviwer C:
o Could you give examples of social skills?
As a COAR (High Performance College) student, I have skills and abilities that can be very useful to
participate in volunteer activities.
Academic Tutoring: Offer academic help and support to other students who may need it, either within
your school or in nearby communities.
Event Organization: Collaborate in the planning and execution of social, cultural, or educational events
that benefit your school or local community.
Recreational Activities: Organizing sports, artistic, or recreational activities for children or youth in
disadvantaged communities.

Awareness Campaigns: Participate in awareness campaigns on important issues, such as health, the
environment, or human rights, through talks, workshops, or educational activities.

Social Assistance: Collaborate with organizations that provide help to people invulnerable situations,
such as the elderly, people with disabilities or low-income families, through the distribution of food,
clothing or other basic needs.

Finally: I like that he is a supportive person Very soon we will evaluate you and communicate with you.
