SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED

This Exhibit A-sequentially numbered A-1, A-2, A-3, etc. is incorporated by reference therein to the Consulting Agreement
dated Month, Day, Year between BEST BUY PURCHASING LLC (“Best Buy”) and NAME OF CONSULTANT
(“Consultant”).

Consultant shall perform the following “Services” during the term of this Agreement as documented in this Exhibit which sets
forth the project scope, fees and different and additional terms relating to specific Services provided by Consultant to Best
Buy or its Affiliates pursuant to the Consulting Agreement between the parties. The terms and conditions of this Exhibit A
are applicable only to the specific Services described herein and in no way alter the terms and conditions applicable to other
Services which may be incorporated into the Consulting Agreement by the addition of other Exhibit A’s.

II. Services. In addition to other associated duties, Consultant shall work with Best Buy to perform the following

V. Fees.

a. Fees. For Services fully and timely performed by Consultant in accordance with this Exhibit A, Best Buy
shall compensate Consultant at the rate of $0.00 per designate frequency: hour, day, week, every two weeks, month,
project. As required by Best Buy, Consultant shall be available to participate in and support the work effort described herein.
Consultant is not guaranteed a minimum or maximum number of hours nor is Consultant entitled to any additional fees or
compensation for “overtime” (i.e., hours per week in excess of recognized standards).

b. Manner of Payment. As set forth in Section 2 of the Agreement, Consultant shall submit to Best Buy

invoices for Services performed hereunder. Consultant shall submit invoices monthly for the Services performed in the
preceding month, said invoices to set forth the information required by Section 2 of the Agreement.

VI. Term and Termination of this Exhibit. The “Term” of this Exhibit A commences on Month, Day, Year
and continues until Month, Day, Year, unless (a) immediately terminated by a party upon a breach (not cured within five (5)
days of written or email notice of such breach) by the other of its duties under this Agreement, including this Exhibit; (b)
terminated by Best Buy without cause upon two (2) days prior written notice to Consultant; or (c) immediately terminated by a
party when the other party has received notice of breach in accordance with Section VI(a), cured said breach, and again
breached the Agreement.
