3. The shipper shall cooperate with UPS to carry out onsite inspection(s) when

issued by the relevant authorities for suspicious items which trigger UPS’s safety
concern. If a safety certificate cannot be provided, UPS is entitled to refuse

4. If UPS is made aware that the shipper has been penalized by authorities for

5. The shipper shall truthfully complete the delivery details form in accordance with
UPS’s requirements (including but not limited to the provision of the shipper’s
name and address, the consignee’s name and address, the name, category and
quantity of the goods to be shipped).
6. The shipper shall (in cooperation with UPS) establish the shipper’s customer
profile in accordance with the requirements of the Postal Bureau, truthfully
providing detailed information and supporting materials required for the filing of
the shipper’s customer profile (including but not limited to the documents that
can prove the identity of its legal entity or other organization, legal representative
or relevant person in charge). Upon any changes to the shipper’s information,
the shipper shall promptly inform UPS so that updates can be reflected in the
shipper’s customer profile.
8. Not withstanding anything indicated in this agreement, both parties shall assume
any and all liability arising out of or resulting from the services provided by UPS to
the shipper, including safety and security obligation, in accordance with a signed
Customer Profile Form or other written terms and conditions on the waybill.
