Job Responsibilities:

 Review of accrued expenses


 Finalization of Trial Balance
 Preparation and review of management accounts file
 Monthly sales tax filing - SRB
 Monthly withholding tax filing of vendors - FBR
 Monthly withholding tax filing of payroll tax - FBR
 House bank accounts reconciliation
 SECP TB Reporting
 Net Worth Statement
 Segregation of client assets
 Half Year FS
 Annual FS (Standalone and Group)
 Manage daily settlement of NCCPL
 Maintain data analysis records by function
 Maintain data of horizontal and vertical P&L and B/S of competitors vs. BMA
 Improvements in existing work flows and implement them as discussed with CFO.
 Providing support in internal and external audits
 Preparation of data for annual budget
 Identify steps to ensure adequacy of Liquid Capital
 Suggest to maintain and improve cash reserves
 Minimizing financial charges and expenses
 Improve performance reporting of MM and FX
 Monthly Performance Review Pack - data, analysis, recommendations
 Board Review Pack - data, analysis, recommendations
 Competitive position and analysis for each business stream
 Supporting Business Units with data and analysis
 Other tasks as assigned by the CFO/CEO
Job Position: Assistant manager - Finance (4-5 Years)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager of Finance with a proven
background and 5 years of experience to join our dynamic finance team. The successful
candidate will play a vital role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and
contributing to strategic financial decision-making. This position offers an opportunity for a
finance professional to grow in a collaborative and challenging environment.

Job Responsibilities:

 Ensuring proper accounting treatment and valuation of equity investments and fixed
income instruments in each client’s portfolio
 Review of equity trades entries
 Review of coupons & redemption of Fixed income instruments
 Identify and Analyze trends in data, acting vigilantly on unusual movements to ensure
accurate reporting.
 Preparing/Reviewing monthly fee charged to be charged to clients and responsible for
sending invoices to all clients on time
 Follow-up on unrecovered management fee on monthly basis & responsible to
execute recovery process.
 Assist Manager with meetings & preparing necessary documents on clients
demands
 Liaising with other departments and business units such as investment dept. sales dept.
etc
 Able to present to senior management
 Taking responsibility for, and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff.
