Dear Mr.

Trowell,
Just as you requested me, I am writing this report to inform you about the situation in
our shopping store// store in Alto Rosario.

 In the first place the brand is growing fastly/quickly and the demand is bigger
than the offer. As a result, We lose a lot of sales, as a result (of this). These
days/this month are crucial because of the end of the year events. Then, it is
necessary to provide us with more items/stock // to restock the products (in
advance/con antelación). I would add at this point that we require more
accessories such as caps, ties, men´s jewellery /julery/, fragrances, etc.

 Second of all, in relation to the sales, lately, the sellers cannot assist in a
personalized way since we have more concurrence and this affects our
performance. I recommend that we reforce the personnel urgently. *sales
assistant = vendedor/a

 Moreover, one of the problems in the organization of the premises has to do


with the lack of a protocol for each task and possible situation, as well as the
stock management, monitoring of customers and their orders, etc. It is
necessary to be coherent and organized, which can also be useful in future
franchises. I can take care of writing it if you want me.

To finish with, the store is abandoned in relation to the maintenance of the decoration,
the stained glass window and the renovation of the furniture. To solve these problems
we could get an interior decorator to suggest the visual reflection every few months
and at the same time advise us on the best way for us to preserve the renovations and
how to decorate the store under an integrated criteria

I think it is important that we can do this through cordial treatment, offering good
conditions in the establishment and good service from all the staff.
