The person I admire is Juan Diego Flores. Juan Diego Flórez was born on January 13, 1973 in Lima,
Peru . the son of María Teresa Salom and Rubén Flórez, a noted guitarist and singer of Peruvian
popular and criolla music. He entered the Conservatorio Nacional de Música in Lima at the age of
17. In 1990. During this time, he became a member of the Coro Nacional of Peru.

He received a scholarship to the Curtis Institute in Philadelphia where he studied from 1993 to
1996 and began singing in student opera productions, He has sung opera since 1996. In addition,
During this period, he also studied with Marilyn Horne at the Music Academy of the West in Santa
Barbara. He has started to study musical production since last year.

During his professional career, Juan Diego Flórez has received numerous accolades and awards
from the classical music world. In 2007 he was decorated with the Orden El Sol del Perú (The Sun

in Italy for 15 years, her daughter, Lucia Stella, was born in the family home in Pesaro, Italy, in
January 2014.
