praying for adjournment on the ground that the petitioner is out of
station.
It appears that the instant case is about 8 years old and evidence
in this case is still to begin.
The petitioner has taken a number of adjournments earlier.
The prayer for adjournment is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.
5,000/-, out of which Rs. 3,000/- to be paid to SDLSC, Siliguri, and Rs.
2,000/- to the respondent.
Fix 18.05.2022 for P. hearing/ filing of money receipts.
The parties in this case are directed to remain ready on the next
date fixed.
