12 – turning point

A turning point or achievement that I want to talk about goes back to 3 years ago when I
attended to a medical seminar about heart diseases. The venue was in one of the renowned
university of Iran. When I entered after 10 minutes, I was absolutely shocked and ashamed
due to the fact that all of the audiences and lecturers were talking in English; hence, I could
not understand anything. The seminar was absolutely important, but not for me. When I left
the area, I wandered about my English knowledge which was in critical condition. So I
decided to enroll myself in an English and medical course. The event is the one that I can
never forget it, because after 2 years I can understand the meaning of a lot of words and
phrases. In addition, I sometimes give an English lecture regarding medical science which not
.only is it satisfying, but also quit fulfilling
