1. Method Statement for Substructure Waterproofing is approved and followed?

2. Inspection and Test Plan for Substructure waterproofing is approved?
3. Approved for construction drawings and shop drawings are available?
4. Risk and Safety requirements are recognized, mitigated and documented?
5. Verify waterproofing material, test resports and source is inspected and approved.
6. The concrete surface is prepared and free from any dirt, grease, oil, loose particles and
sharp edges?
7. Are the angle fillets/chamfers provided at corners for smooth transition of
waterproofing?
8. Nail heads and protrusions removed? Are the concrete repairs acceptable?
9. Rate/Coats of liquid applied coating/primer application are as per
manufacturer's specification and applied as per approved procedure?
10. Waterproofing drying and curing period has been followed as per manufacturer
recommendation?
11. Overlapping, flashing, plugging, sealing of joints and installation procedure have
been followed as per the manufacturer's recommendation?
12. Are there any perforated pipes, drain system, geotextile membranes
required to be in place prior to backfilling?
13. Proper protection and suport against damage and puncture have been
in place prior to placement of backfilling materials?
14. Final inspection, testing and clearance are ensured prior to release for
suceeding activities.
