By downloading, you accept all agreements of use.

1. You must CREDIT @beatitat - as specified by sample and/or midi -

When using samples and/or midi from this and/or any sound kit created by us- includes any
beats made/produced by you and beats sent out to artists (indie/major artists).

2. Beat Sales:

If you are posting a beat for sale for sale, please split sales 70/30 - [70 (you)/30 (Beat It AT)].

3. Royalty-Split:

For all beats using samples from this pack you will split royalties 50%/50% with you and @BeatItAT

This includes releases with both indie and major artists, rappers, singers, recording artists, etc.

4. Clearance:

If you place a record with a Major Label using the sample(s) in this kit, you agree to splitting the
publishing, mechanicals, points & advance fees with me.

Production (or Co-Production) must be credited to "Beat It AT"(@beatitat), and indie artist,
mixtape placement, etc., contact AndrewRapier@beatitat.com
Credit is required as (Prod. By *YourNameHere* & ‘Beat It AT' or '@beatitat'). - as required or
specified by sample used.
