HEALTHY & HEARTWARMING NOODLE

SOUP 🍜
No frills with this one!!! Simple ingredients, simple cooking and
simply delicious.

Ingredients:

• 4 cloves grated or finely diced garlic


• 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
• 1 finely diced red chilli
• Stock cube
• Soy sauce or @maggi_uk seasoning
• White rice or wine vinegar
• Vermicelli noodles
• Fresh coriander
• Pak Choi
• Diced spring onion
• Sesame oil
• Chill oil

Recipe:

Fry garlic, ginger, chilli and any chopped coriander stems in a


little sesame oil until fragrant. Add hot water and stock cube.
Flavour with a good dash of soy sauce / Maggi seasoning and
white rice vinegar. Mix well.

Add noodles and cook in liquid. Pop pak choi on top to also
cook in the liquid + steam.

Serve in to bowls and garnish with fresh coriander, spring


onion and a nice drizzle of chilli oil.
