I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of the Rover Scouts of
Limay Polytechnic College. We are planning to hold a Vigil - Investiture
ceremony to welcome and honor our new Rover Scout members. The event is
scheduled to take place on May 24, 2024 5:00 PM to May 25, 2024 11:00 AM at
Kitang Elementary School.
The purpose of this event is to formally induct our new Rover Scouts into our
community, recognizing their commitment to service, leadership, and personal
development. It will also be an opportunity for our current members, faculty, and
staff to come together in celebration of our shared values and accomplishments.
Your presence as the Head Rover would greatly enhance the solemnity and
significance of this event. We deeply admire your commitment and leadership,
and having you with us would be an inspiration to all attendees, especially the
younger members of our community.
We kindly request your approval for this event and with your support in making
this occasion possible would be greatly appreciated by our organization and its
