that I possess all of the qualifications and none of the disqualifications for election as President/Area
Director as provided for in the Articles and Amended By – Laws and the Election Guidelines. If
elected, I undertake to serve and discharge and to fulfill my responsibilities as President/Area
Director in accordance with PPSA’s Articles and Amended By – Laws.

I warrant that I will abide by all the rules and guidelines of the ELECOM for the year 2023 PPSA
Elections and accept the decision of the ELECOM as binding and final.
