VAPM-80 Pineapple Peeling Machine provides
the pineapple industry with an efffiicient, high
speed machine for the production of accurately
cored cylinders from a full range of fruit sizes.
Smooth and accurate operation : The VAPM-80
cuts an accurate cylinder from the center of the
fruit and removes the ends and core to create
a finished cylinder that is ready for transfer to the
VARIN model VS-900 Single Knife Pineapple Slicer.
It then eradicates the edible meat from the skin
in two cuts for crushed and juice pack. It may
also be equipped with an optional end eradicator.
Heavy duty construction : The heavy duty,
precision components of the turret indexing,
coring and driving mechanisms provided product
quality. The clean, simply design results in better
sanitation, shorter clean up time and reduce
maintenance costs

cylinders of 3-1/2” (94 mm) diameter for No.2-1/2 Standard Coring Dia 38, 34, 30, 28, 25 mm
cans. Change parts are available to produce (SS Seamless Tubing with 1 mm Wall Thickness)
various cylinder sizes from 2-1/2” (63 mm) to 4 1/2”
