Subject: Kind Request for Permission to Walk Our pet Dog in the Public Park (Shivaji
Park)

Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request permission to take our dog,
Stormy Dogra, to the public park namely Shivaji Park located in front of our home,
119A. Stormy is a registered pet dog under the Jammu Municipal Corporation Act, and
we have the certificate to confirm that he is fully vaccinated given by the authorities of
JMC.

We assure you that Stormy will be kept in a hygienic condition and will not cause any
disturbance or issues for other park users. To further ensure safety, we will have Stormy
wear a mouth guard during our visits to the park. This precaution is particularly
important as there are many stray dogs in the upper Roopnagar region that often pose
a threat, making it difficult for us to walk Stormy safely outside.

We will visit the park at times that are convenient and ensure stormy does not disturb
other visitors. We take full responsibility for Stormy's behaviour and will ensure that he
does not create any ruckus or inconvenience for others.

We greatly appreciate the efforts of the Jammu Municipal Corporation in maintaining

the parks and gardens, and as law-abiding citizens, we believe it is important to seek
proper permission for such activities. If taking pets to the park is already permitted,
kindly provide us with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or relevant guidelines
for reference.

Thank you for your time and consideration. We look forward to your positive response
and are grateful for your continued support in maintaining a harmonious community.

Yours sincerely,
Sagar Dogra
