Customer Service
• In Simple Terms:
• Customer service means any service customer is getting
before or after buying the products or services.

• Customer service is the act of supporting and advocating for

customers in their discovery, use, optimization, and
troubleshooting of a product or service. It's also the
processes that support the teams making good customer
service happen.
• A successful customer service team is important for
attracting new business, boosting retention, and increasing
sales among your existing customer base.

female candidates.

Important Points to remember

• Please be available for the interview when it is scheduled.

• Please sit in clam place to avoid interruption, asking to
repeat the question will create an image that you are a poor
listener or you do not know the answer.
• Please be in proper network. You will be judged over a
phone call and you are going to talk to the customer over
phone only. So make enough practice as guided. Be
enthusiastic and energetic on call.
• Sit with a proper body posture.
