Roles & Responsibilities:

As a BIM Engineer at BIM Outsourcing, your core duties will encompass:

• Demonstrating proficiency in English communication.

• Showcasing expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM).
• Authoring BIM models, encompassing family type names, parameter names, and more.
• Applying knowledge of intricate engineering aspects like cable/cable tray/DB sizing, room
layout, circuiting, equipment installation, and arrangement.
• Implementing BIM coordination techniques.
• Leveraging familiarity with Constructability and Value Engineering principles, in alignment
with relevant Codes/Standards.
• Exhibiting effective client communication and coordination skills.

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a strong grasp of BIM workflows. As an integral
member of our team in Pakistan, you will play a vital role in projects from the initial BIM phase
through construction completion. We seek an individual who is an adept Revit and AutoCAD
specialist with comprehensive knowledge of engineering fundamentals, coupled with a strong grasp
of constructability/Value Engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities:

• Independently managing tasks with minimal supervision.

• Regularly reviewing project progress and collaborating with team members.
• Engaging in the comprehension of technical project aspects.
• Meticulously reviewing IFC drawings and submittals, ensuring strict adherence to project
requirements and criticality.
• Ensuring adherence to the BIM execution plan and digital information strategies while
providing feedback to the BIM Manager.
• Upholding established processes, delivering employer information requirements, and asset
information requirements.
• Efficiently communicating with on-site clients and coordinating with various stakeholders as
per the predetermined plan.
• Displaying keen attention to detail, effective time management, and a proactive work
approach.
• Collaborating as an integral part of the team to achieve departmental and broader
organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• A general understanding of other building trade disciplines, including Mechanical, Plumbing,
Fire Protection, Process, and Structural.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, CAD software, and BIM tools (AutoCAD, Revit,
Navis).
• Familiarity with software exploration skills, including automation techniques, is considered an
added advantage.

The salary for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's level of experience and
qualifications.
