1.1.3. PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Villanova is residential gated community development located at Dubailand,


predominantly consisting of low-rise residential components with a combination of
villas, Townhouses and Clusters Homes. The Project Packages are distributed under
different planning Areas. The current package comprises of one of these packages
Phase 1 having total of 244 Residential units. The Employer i.e., Dubai Holding L.L.C
have awarded the Works to the Contractor Construction & Reconstruction CO. L.L.C
for 164,600,000 AED and on a 609 days’ Time for Completion. The Commencement
date has been agreed as 10th January 2023, and the completion date is 9th
September 2024.
