At the head office of a bank “Imanat Bank Limitted” HR manager is revising the

Front desk staff is mostly involved in dealing with the walk-in-customers and their
each dealing contributes significantly in their monthly appraisals. Customer

below the level. The job of remittance officer is of critical nature in which banks
instruments are issued and received. There are only three remittance officers at the
head office of whom performance needs to measure. Performance is based on how
attentively they have performed their tasks with respect to each other. Eight cashiers
are working at the head office and HR manager decided to evaluate two cashiers as
best performers while three, three cashiers will be evaluated as average and below
average respectively. According to HR manager job of cashier does not include
multiple skill set therefore indicating overall below average performance will alert
the low performers to perform better.
