Notes:
1. The pricing of this section shall be read in conjunction with
Engineer's Drawing No. 2023/001/MYTOWN/WR/01
A Supply, lay and install 150mm diameter MSCL pipe including Sum
excavation, back filling and bedding of approved material, get
out, part return, fill in and ram, deposit and spread in making up
levels where directed within the site and remainder load and cart
away; complete with all necessary lined pipe and fittings to
SYABAS approval; all in accordance in Engineer's approval
(Indicative Quantity : 150m)
B Supply and install sluice valve complete with concrete base slab, Sum
lean concrete, concrete support to hold sluice vavle, aggregate
fill for hole on base slab, s-bend, airvalve, flanged double spigot
socket ductile iron pipe, ductile iron short piece, flange adaptors,
mild steel step iron at staggered, unbreakable steel cover single
steel hinged with steel frame complete with key and locking gear
of heavy pattered type for safe load or mild steel chequered plate
stiffened braced with reflected road line yellow paint and
including all necessary excavation, reinforcements, formwork,
moulds, backfilling, painting, and including all necessary and
associated works; all in accordance in Engineer's approval

C Double outlet pillar hydrant complete with cap and chain Sum
including sluice valve and precast valve chamber complete with
double flanged extension pipe, ductile iron duckfoot bend,
flanged tee, trust block and concrete slab including all necessary
excavation, backfiiling formwork, painting, fittings and all other

Excavate trench to fall for vitrified clay pipes and bed underneath,
commencing from reduced levels through all classes of materials
and including all necessary temporary shoring, part return, fill in
and well ram with compacted selected backfill, spread in making
up levels where directed and remove surplus excavated materials
to Contractor's own dumping ground, premix road to match
existing road; including all necessary and associated works; all
accordance to Engineer's approval
A Trench for 225mm diameter virtrified clay pipe (measured Sum

seperately); not exceeding 2.00m deep

B Supply and lay 225mm diameter virtrified clay pipe complete with Sum
compacted crusher run bed including back filling with selected
excavated materials, well backfill and compacted as approved by
the S.O. (Indicative Quantity : 46.2m)
MANHOLE
C Constuct 1200mm diameter (internal) with internal depth of 2.5m Sum

Precast concrete manhole precase chamber ring, precast
reinforced concrete cover slab with underside painted with two
coats of coal tar epoxy finished with 150mm thick mass of coat tar
epoxy concrete surround, make up ring, precase make up piece,
fill with cement sand (1:3) motar mix, wall lined internally with
20mm thick high alumina cement mortar, grade 25 mass concrete
chamber ring base, 150mm thick compacted crusher run base,
manhole ductile iron frame and heavy duty cover to DGSS
specification (top step with 450mm min. to 600mm max), all
accordance to Engineer's approval and as per Drawing No.
2023/011/MYTOWN/SW/04 (Indicative Quantity : 1no.)
D Allow for connection to existing sewerage manholes including all Sum

necessary temporary plugging points, joint fittings and excavation,
breaking up and making good all works distrubed.

A On completion of the sewerage installation, clean and test all Sum

pipes and fittings, make good any defects and leave whole in
perfect work order to entire satifaction of the S.O.
B Allow for testing and inspection fees and inspection by Local Sum
authority based on C.C.T.V method to authority's approval and
allow for liasing with local authorities for the inspection,
documentation and handing over of the completed sewerage
works
