Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam - 530041 Andhra Pradesh and is being
represented by the proprietor Mrs SOMAYAJULA SURYAKUMARI aged
about 50 years is entitled and empowered by the said company to
execute this General Power of Attorney do hereby NOMINATE,
CONSTITUTE and APPOINT Mrs SOMAYAJULA SURYAKUMARI, W/o.

dealing with Central and State Government departments including
Visakhapatnam Customs, Income Tax and Central Excise and
Visakhapatnam and Gangavaram Ports, private and public
departments.

Guarantees that arises in the course of the business of the company
in favour of Visakhapatnam Customs, Income Tax and Central Excise
and Visakhapatnam and Gangavaram Ports.

And all the whatsoever the Attorney shall do or cease to be done

by virtue of these presents or in exercise of these powers, we do hereby
for the company, its executors, successors, and administrators to
