RE : UNDERTAKING OF DUE DILIGENCE AND SKILL

The above matter refers.

2. Realizing that the {**]’s name and goodwill were seriously jeopardize of late due
to want of exercise of due diligence and skill, I, voluntarily make this undertaking
as follows;

2.1 I will use due diligence and skill in delivering my duties.

2.2. For all mistakes that I make, I will agree that I will be penalized in the
minimum of one month salary or whatever penalty imposed by the firm.

2.3 The above undertaking is made by me knowing that apologies would not
