I am writing on behalf of Usikimye Kenya to confirm our commitment to

support Mercy Muronji, one of our valued volunteer employees, in her pursuit of
a MS in Data Analytics at Robert Morris University. As the deputy director
spearheading the programs department for Usikimye Kenya, I am pleased to
inform you of our organization’s pledge to provide Mercy Muronji with a 40%
scholarship towards her total cost of attendance.

Mercy has been an exceptional member of our team, consistently demonstrating

dedication, hardwork and a strong commitment to excellence in her role as an
aid practitioner at Usikimye Kenya. Her outstanding performance and
contributions have not only benefited our organization but have also earned her
the recognition as one of our top volunteer employees.
Recognizing Mercy’s potential and her aspirations to further education in the
field of Data Analytics, Usikimye is proud to support her academic endeavors at
Robert Morris University. We understand the importance of investing in the
professional development of our employees, and we firmly believe that Mercy’s
pursuit of Data Analytics will not only enhance her skills and knowledge but also
contribute to her continued success in her career.

As per our agreement, Usikimye will cover 40% of Mercy’s total cost of
attendance, which amounts to $15,500.00 towards her tuition fees at Robert
Morris University. We are committed to fulfilling our financial obligation
promptly and ensuring that Mercy has the necessary support to focus on her
studies and excel academically.

Furthermore, it is important to note that this scholarship is contingent upon

Mercy’s agreement to return to Usikimye upon completion of her studies at
Robert Morris University. Mercy will be required to work for Usikimye in her
respective department for a minimum of 36 months following the completion of
her Data Analytics program. This condition is in line with our organization’s
commitment to talent development and succession planning.
