AGREEMENT OF VEHICLE SALE

Subject: Ownership Transfer of Bike [Ninja 1000, TS07GK0102]

Dear Rama Sudhir Kattula,

I, Sathya Rajan confirm the sale of my bike, Ninja 1000, bearing registration no TS07GK0102 to you. You confirm that you
have fully inspected the bike and are fully satisfied with the pre-purchase inspection. As per our agreement, I hereby
transfer all ownership and responsibility for the bike to you, effective 13th May 2024. Any issue arising post purchase will
be solely your responsibility.

Purchase Terms: A total sum of INR 8,00,000 has been agreed towards the sale of the bike. Ownership transfer to be
completed within 15 days of purchase. An advance of INR 5,00,000 has been paid, a balance of INR 3,00,000 to be paid
at the time of delivery

Until the title name is officially transferred, you shall remain responsible for any incidents related to the bike, as outlined in
this letter.

1. Responsibility:
a. I, Rama Sudhir Kattula, hereby assume full responsibility for any damage caused to the bike due to my actions
or negligence during the period of my possession.
b. In the event of a road mishap, I will handle all necessary procedures, including insurance claims and any
required repairs, until the ownership transfer is completed.
2. Insurance: I will promptly notify you of any changes to the insurance coverage or policy that may affect the bike.
3. Violations: a. I acknowledge that any traffic violations or citations received while operating the bike during this
transitional period will be my sole responsibility.
b. I will handle all legal matters and associated fines resulting from these violations until the title transfer is
finalized.
