ORGANIZATION

This is the organization of Hotel Chavacano employees, whose job titles are represented by
boxes.
Overall Organizational Structure

Department Function
Corporate owner
Create a business plan and overall vision and mission for your company, set goals, and work
toward those goals to ensure your company continues to operate.
General manager: The general manager is responsible for all aspects of the company, including
day-to-day operations, administrative functions, and finances. Because this role is so important,
a large part of the job involves effective delegation.

Front office manager: They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a
company or organization's front office and ensuring that employees are performing their duties
properly.

Front desk attendant: Responsible for ensuring that guests at your property have a satisfactory
stay. Duties include greeting guests, checking in and checking out, and issuing room keys.

Food and beverage Manager: Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of food and
beverage operations, including budget management, team leadership, customer service, menu
design, and health and safety compliance.

Waiter: Waiter/Waitress duties include greeting and entertaining guests, taking guest orders,
communicating effectively to the kitchen, memorizing menus and providing recommendations
for appetizers, desserts, or beverage sales.

Executive housekeeper: The head of the department and manages the household operations
Strives to provide guests with the highest level of comfort and hospitality, maximizing guest
satisfaction and maximizing revenue for the organization.

Assistant Housekeeper: guarantee a high level of cleanliness and presentation both indoors
and public areas In addition, any areas or items that require maintenance will be promptly
reported to the general manager.

Trainee: Typically entry-level positions where you learn the tasks and skills needed to work
independently Trainees work under more experienced employees or supervisors who are
tasked with providing professional development to new employees
