Subject:- Grant of Notional increment on date of Superannuation on 30th June

2021- reg.

I am directed to forward herewith applications (along with Hon’ble CAT

order dated 07.03.2024 in OA No. 952 of 2024 filed by Shri Naveen Chander
Behari and others) received from Shri Dhan Singh (Retd. Mechanic Grade-I/II
and Shri Dinesh Kumar Pandey (Retd. Observer Gr.II) respectively regarding
same issue i.e granting notional increment and other consequential benefits. In
this regard opinion of Govt. Counsel is required for further action.

2. Since the matter pertains to SE (C), UGBO, CWC, Lucknow (as both the
applicants worked under MGD-1, CWC, Lucknow), it is requested to contact the
Govt. Counsel and take his opinion and forward the same to this office for taking
further necessary action in the matter.
