WAIVER OF RIGHTS
WE, DENNIS DEUNA ESCAROS, LESLY DEUNA ESCAROS and TERESITA
ESCAROS TAGUIBAO, of legal age, all married, Filipino Citizens and with residence and
address at Block 27 Lot 11, Area A-1, DBB Project, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, after having been
duly sworn to in accordance with law hereby depose and say:
1. That our late grand-mother AQUILINA MONTEVERDE was the registered owner of the
property situated in Block 27 Lot 11, Area A-1, DBB Project, Dasmarinas City, Cavite as
well as the property’s Meralco Electrical Serice Account;

2. That since we are no longer interested in the said property and its MERALCO
connection/account, we hereby waive all my rights and participation over the same to our
brother, RENATO D. ESCAROS , of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of the
same address abovementioned, and he will assume full responsibility over the said
MERALCO Account;

3. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and for all
purposes.
