CONTRACT AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS DEED, made and executed by:

EVELYN ESMERIO FUENTES, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, widow, and a resident of Block 6 Lot 3
Madrid St. Cresta Bonita Subd., Brgy. Salitran II, Dasmarinas City, Cavite, hereinafter called the FIRST
PARTY.

-and-

NIMFA ESMERIO FUENTES, of legal age, Filipino, widow, and a resident of Rizal St. Brgy. Sabang I,
Allen, Northern Samar, hereinafter called the SECOND PARTY.
-WITNESSETH-

WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY has paid first for the expenses for the processing of legal papers
and transactions for the sale of the property ____________, with the understanding that the SECOND
PARTY shall reimburse the total amount he has spent.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the above premises, this contract with sums
hereinafter specified and mutually agreed upon, the SECOND PARTY hereby and by these presents has
agreed to the said following terms of the FIRST PARTY, the subject agreement hereinafter specified
subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. That the SECOND PARTY shall refund the expenses made by the FIRST PARTY, which are
specifically described as follows:

Tenant Assistance, transporation and meal 2 months 30 dayscharge PHP2000/day= SIXTY THOUSAND
PESOS

Agent Locator Fee = TEN THOUSAND PESOS

Seller assistance & selling preparation Barrier (appreciation/commitment cost)= ONE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND PESOS

(3) Meetings for Barrier Tranfo and Meal Outside = TEN THOUSAND PESOS

Municipal Staff Food = TEN THOUSAND PESOS

Atty’s Fee & Doc Preparation for tenant= TWO THOUSAND PESOS

CTC TCT = TWO THOUSAND PESOS

Tax Declaration / Clearance = FIVE THOUSAND PESOS

Traceback pf= FIVE THOUSAND PESOS

Atty’s Fee (legal consultation and docs preparation for complain to 1st buyer) 2500/consultation= 10k

2nd buyer preparation

(Misc Fees for Barangay Officials - Chairman ) - Manila Transportation and Meal = THREE THOUSAND PESOS

Transpo tall and meal = FIVE THOUSAND PESOS

This Contract and all other documents executed in relation to or connected with this transaction and which
are specifically incorporated herein, shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and BOTH
PARTIES shall not be bound by any stipulations, representations, agreements or promises, oral or
otherwise, not contained in this agreement or other document incorporated herein by reference, unless
stipulated to the contrary.
